This workshop is a fun evening dedicated to baking with sourdough. This workshop will cover all the stages of baking with sourdough, including making a levain, bulk ferment, shaping, proofing and baking. You will go home with the skills needed to bake your own bread at home, as well as the starter itself and a proofing basket. This will be a fun night complete with snacks, wine and bread! There will be very limited space at this workshop so be sure to register early.
